Welcome to CarKeGadgets (carkegadgets.in). We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Item received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

Important Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damaged/incorrect items

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Minor issues like scratches (if not visible in unboxing video)

  • Change of mind / no longer needed

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at gplakshya@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Issue details

    • Unboxing video proof

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • If eligible, you can return the product and place a new order

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
